House-Made Bread

Our manakeesh begins with dough made fresh daily using traditional techniques. We ferment our dough for 24 hours to develop complex flavors and that perfect chewy texture. No shortcuts, no compromises.

Authentic Spices

We import key spices directly from the Middle East—sumac from Syria, za'atar from Jordan, and baharat blends that have remained unchanged for centuries. These are the secret to our unforgettable flavors.

Vegetarian & Vegan Friendly
